when trying put ipad hd app itunes testing in ipad device got alert "you not have enough access privilege operation ".how resolve issue?please me.

see link. may reason why not able upload app.

some intruder have tried access apple developers account information. that's why apple developers' site down maintenance. wait until finished maintenance.
