what icon enter image description here (a red plus sign) in subclipse mean? do if want whatever repository regarding file?

this merge conflict icon, more tree conflict, file has been created twice. blog post explains how resolve them.

a tree conflict occurs when developer moved/renamed/deleted file or folder, developer either has moved/renamed/deleted or modified.
