app store - I created an App for Iphone, but i dont want to publish for everybody -

how can publish app @ app store, few people (my clients) download. or there way install direct iphone? force them jailbreak not option. thanks.

i believe looking ios developer enterprise program, costs $299 per year. allows distribute ios apps employees (or clients in case).
