osx - Syncing two folders continuously -

i'm trying for loop contents of directory , copy directory on system, faced dilemma: if loop through files , copy on other directory , vice versa, once file either directories deleted, loop think file un-synced , copy over.

what best bet sync 2 separate folders on os x?

in other words, how can 1 folder accessible another?
